Led by holistic chef Rebecca O’Reilly, this rejuvenating course will focus on optimising your energy. Learn to create clear vision with foods to cleanse the liver and gall bladder, the organs associated with spring and the wood element.
The day’s programme will include:
– Liver enhancing breakfast, lunch and dinner options
-The principles of carrying out a spring cleanse at home
-What to eat to create clear vision, combat frustration, anger and stagnation
– Cleansing juices, vibrant broths, wholesome mains, sugar-free desserts
-Take home recipe sheets and menu planners
-An organic lunch made from locally sourced ingredients
