On Saturday 26th July at noon the programme starts and will include information about gluten/wheat free flours and how to use them. Visitors will have the chance to bake savoury and sweet dishes and go home with a recipe sheet plus techniques for successful gluten/wheat free baking.

The fee of £65 (£52 conc) includes a delicious organic lunch and it is this fee that is used to fund the programme of free cookery courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups.
