OLIO is a free local app launching in London this summer. OLIO enables neighbours to connect with each other and small businesses, market traders, etc to exchange edible surplus food. Their mission is to unlock the value of food that is wasted in the home & community. OLIO is a social enterprise and by tackling food waste they will help people save money, eat better, reduce their environmental impact and connect with neighbours in their community.
