This 2-day business planning course will help you plan the next stage of your organisation’s growth.

Objectives:

The course covers areas such as:

• The structure of a business plan
• Implementation and revision of business plans
• Market research
• Financial forecasting

The course will enable participants to:

• Understand the importance of good business planning
• Carry out market research
• Develop the skills you will need to manage the process

The course will be delivered using mixture of trainer input, discussion exercises and small group work.

Eligibility Criteria:
The course is worth £1000, but thanks to European funding, offered free to organisations that qualify:

• Must be London-based
• Must be incorporated or have sole-trader status
• State-aid clear

You will be asked for to provide monitoring data 6 months after the course has been completed.
